Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Kashmir Excellence Academy (“KEA”, “we”) provides live online classes and learning material. By enrolling or using this website, you accept these terms.

2. Enrolment

• Admission is confirmed once the fee for the first month is received.
• Each student is given a personal login. It must not be shared.
• We place students in a batch that matches their level. Placement is at our discretion.

3. Fees

• The fee is ₹800 per month, paid in advance. The first month is ₹1,000 (a one-time ₹200 extra).
• The fee is fixed and the same for every student.
• Access to each month’s classes and material is opened once that month’s fee is received.

4. Classes

• Classes run three days a week, live on Zoom.
• If a class is cancelled by us, we will reschedule it or add a replacement class.
• Missed classes by a student are not refunded, but notes and material remain available in the portal.

5. Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour from students and parents towards teachers and classmates. We may remove a student for abusive conduct, disruption, or sharing login details, without refund.

6. Our material

Notes, quizzes, recordings and worksheets are for the enrolled student’s personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, or shared publicly.

7. Changes

We may update these terms, fees, timings or course structure. Changes will be posted on this page and, where they affect you, told to you on WhatsApp.
