Free demo first
Every student may take a free demo class before paying anything. We encourage you to use it — it is the best way to decide.
If you change your mind early
- Cancel within 3 days of paying and before attending more than one class: full refund.
- After attending two or more classes: the month’s fee is not refundable, as your seat in a small batch was reserved and taught.
If we cancel
- If we cancel a batch and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we refund the unused portion of your fee in full.
- Classes cancelled by us are rescheduled at no extra cost.
Advance payments
If you have paid for future months in advance and choose to stop, the unused full months are refunded. The month in progress is not.
Not refundable
- The one-time ₹200 charged in the first month.
- Classes missed by the student.
- Practice Zone membership once the content has been accessed.
How to request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 82875 61738 with the student’s name and reason. Approved refunds are returned by the same method you paid, usually within 7 working days.
We would rather solve a problem than lose a student. If something is not working, tell us first — we will try to fix it.
