What we collect
- When you book a demo: name, WhatsApp number, class or qualification, and the programme you are interested in.
- When you enrol: the above, plus your batch, joining month and fee records.
- When you use the portal or quizzes: your login code, quiz scores and attempt dates.
Why we collect it
Only to run your classes: to contact you, place you in the right batch, record fees, share material, and show your teacher how you are progressing.
What we never do
- We never sell or rent your data.
- We never share your number with advertisers or other students.
- We never post a student’s name, photo or result publicly without permission.
How it is protected
- The website runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
- Passwords are stored encrypted. Not even we can read them — if you forget one, we reset it.
- Only academy staff with an admin password can see student records.
Children’s data
Most of our students are children. We collect the minimum needed, and we communicate with a parent or guardian, not directly with young children.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it after you leave. Message +91 82875 61738 on WhatsApp.
Cookies: we use one small session cookie so you stay logged in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
